Curious. Would like everyone's opinion on if we should celebrate a different thing each day. May 21-28

My daughter's sweet 16 is just 3 days AFTER we leave WDW. (May 31) Her last 2 birthday's we have done something sort of big for her (it's usually the best time for us to have $ - lol)

I have 3 other daughters. soooooo, They all have birthday's in the Summer (June 24, July 27, & August 7) which tend to get dissed by friends because their friends are all gone doing their own vacations. My hubby and I will have our 3rd wedding anniversary 3 days BEFORE we leave to WDW (May 18).

Sooooo, What do you think about celebrating one day to our wedding anniversary, 1 day for the toddler's birthday (would it confuse her?), 1 day for the 12 yr old, 1 day for 13 yr old, and then end off with the sweet 16? I wanted to have a different celebration package sent to our room from florals & gifts and from the moment we wake up until we go to bed we are celebrating that 1 thing. I know it could get costly but trying hard to save for it all by then. I wanted a welcome package for us all on arrival and then the next day start the 1 day celebrations for each of us....

Do you think that will take the special away from everyone, is it overkill, dumb to celebrate when it's not the real day but the "Un"birthday? How would you do it?

Assuming your celebration is all stuff your buying and wearing buttons to get happy birthdays I would think it would be fine.

Not saying you do this but I know some do so, if your thinking that WDW is going to give you extra special free stuff for all of these events, then I think this is over the top.

However with a 2 year old I would be careful about doing this. Once may be ok but I knew a little boy who as a kid honestly had no idea when his birthday was, even at 10. This was because his mom would lie and tell him it was his birthday if she had the money and wanted to throw a party but when his real birthday would come around would say it isn't if she spent all the money on something else. Now I know your not taking it as far but your 2 year old may get confused and honestly think she is 3 if you tell her you are celebrating her birthday. At least for her you may just want to make it celebrating <DD2's name> day

OH MY NO!hahah I think she would understand. She is one smart little cookie. LOL. I just still have a slight concern since she's 2. She already understands her birthday as a special day when she was born, and when her sisters have one. Plus, we won't be going back to WDW for a year or two after this trip.o_O I know they don't give free stuff. LOL I celebrated on my birthday once and one of my daughter's once. I thought I could have gifts for them on that day. Then when their actual birthday hits we can have cake with our other family members & let them pick their movie & dinner(which is norm). Just so they can feel extra special for a day of their own.

As for me and hubby.... It's not a big deal

Yes this sounds like a great plan then. Its so much more fun to celebrate when away then on a normal day where everyone else has stuff going on!
