Week before Thanksgiving/best days

My family is planning on going to Orlando for a Disney Universal Studios vacation from Nov 18 - 27. We will be going to Disney for 7 days but would like to visit Universal also. What would be the best days to visit Universal without too much crowd trouble. I figure Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday but if someone has been there during that time, I would appreciate some advice. I plan on staying at a Disney hotel so we will not have unlimited FOTL. Thanks
