Week before President's Day

I've heard that President's day/week is one of the most crowded times at WDW. I was wondering when this crowd starts coming in. We'll be there 2/12-2/18. I understand that it will be busy on Fri night and Sat but what about the rest of the week?

Hi Stephanie,

You're right, crowds will start building on Friday the 17th. Until then it should be pretty empty!

We've gone the week before twice now and its great. We always leave that Thursday and head to Daytona for the race but the week is very slow and the max wait time we saw was 15 min. It was very nice weather too!

Thanks bob and vacanut. It's funny, the main reason we are staying until saturday is for the double spectro showing on Friday night (oh and who would ever complain about an extra day in disney). I'm very glad the crowds will be low for most of our stay but I'm also glad they'll pick up so we get the later hours and more parades lol.
