Week before Easter

I know. Late planning. My husband usually can not get off the week before Easter. However, this year it looks like he can. So I was wondering what the odds of getting a 1bd villa anywhere would be? Anyone know?

We are brand new members...just got our welcome packet on Monday. I just made a reservation for the 2nd week in March, and the only two places that were available, with a 1BR, for all 7 nights that we will be there were OKW and SSR. I imagine the week before Spring Break is even busier.

Thank you for your response. I had a feeling. Oh well. Will have to wait fro next week to make sure DH gets that week. Hopefully we will get something. I really wanted BWV or BC. Maybe will have to settle for e studio. Hate to do it with DD with us. BLT spoiled us with the 1br.

Studios usually go very quickly. I'm gonna bet you won't find much available at all, except a villa here for a day or two and a villa there for a day or two.

I was able to get a 2BR lock-off for that week @ OKW, and I just called last week.

I woulld be perfectly happy with OKW. The weel before Easter is spring break for most of the schools in New England the exception is NH. We always have the last week. Makes it difficult for us as we have never been able to coordinate with family so if we do a family vacation it has to either be christmas or summer. But that week traditionaly will a very busy week. With Easter being so late this year it might change things up a bit.

Couple years ago we went the week after Easter. We didn't know that DH would be in Florida on buisness until less than a month out. But we were able to piece together a week at SSR. It did take a number of calls and we did have to move once. You would be surprised what you can put together if you take a few chances and keep booking what they have available.

We are going the week before Easter, staying in a studio at BWV. I just called on Thursday to add on one more night & it was available. I hope it works out for you!

If you don't have to borrow points, I would go ahead and book what you can right now. You can always cancel it if you find out that your DH can't take that week off.

We also just booked last week but for a long weekend the week before Easter and got AK kidani village 1 bedroom. Studios we could have had BLT LV but we wanted the extra room. Also BW villas was available for a 1 BR and SSR and OKW. I would call-we always get lucky!
