Week before Easter 2017 ?

What are the crowds and wait times like this week? What is the best plan to go with if you are visiting this week? We cannot afford to stay at one of the deluxes but could buy express passes for a day. We were thinking Cabana Bay or offsite.

Super duper crowded. Have you priced out the deluxe hotels and compared to Cabana Bay plus EPs? If you stay at a deluxe, you get express passes for all your days- 1 night equals 2 days worth of express passes.

I notice touring plans has barely any wait times when I'm building my plan. Are they reliable for Universal plans?
