Chip and Co. is reporting Dec 1-3 for the parade...

There doesn't seem to be any basis noted on their site other than that it is usually then. But others have pointed to different times for FoF parade (at 5 instead of 3) for those Nov dates as a pretty solid indicator of something else going on then.

Right. They acknowledged that others are pointing towards Nov but don't say why they are thinking Dec

That article from chip & co actually said in that same article it seems unlikely since there is MVMCP scheduled for dec 1 and 2.... so maybe it's all just speculation on their end and they are just thinking out loud?

ok soooo I just booked the Wishes Fireworks dessert party with plaza viewing on 11/30

My thinking is that that day we are planning to start at DHS, hop to Epcot for a 1:30 FEA FP and a 3:20 Teppan Edo dinner, then were going to hop to MK for nighttime. Crazy busy day. This way we have a reserved spot for the fireworks that will hopefully not be insanely crowded...

@BDFmom did I remember that you are doing the dessert party that night? And maybe @JamieOak ??

I think I may surprise even DH with this one...so he can't talk me out of it

Yay! I haven't booked yet because I have a CRT ADR at 8:15pm that it would make me cancel to book the dessert party. But I am 95% sure I will cancel that CRT ADR and book the dessert party. I probably should just do it now and be done with it. Reserving that dessert party will influence the ADRs I'm looking for.

Update: Gone! Transferred to fellow DISer. Does anyone want an 8:15pm CRT for 4 on 11/30? I'll also post on the November cancellation thread.

I'm in Epcot until about 6ish according to my spreadsheet right now. There is nothing forcing us to change parks at a particular time. But I figured stay in Epcot a long time because the crowds at MK will likely be worse. I just want to take advantage of the PM EMHs at MK when the crowds hopefully die off after the fireworks. So now I'm thinking of staying in Epcot longer, or taking a break at the resort for a couple hours and planning to get to MK more like 8pm. Extending the park hours to 1am made me rethink my strategy since we plan to hit up Epcot at 9am RD that morning. Loooong day.

Right now I have the following ADRs on 11/30. I think Garden Grill would be a good choice for lunch, but then I also have a list of World Showcase restaurants I wasn't able to fit in anywhere.

@Meeko5 Yes, we are doing the dessert party the one in the tomorrow land terrace. We'll be at EPCOT in the morning with dinner either at Chef de France or BOG. I was planning a RP to EPCOT and a break between park.
