This reminds me of the haircut I got on Friday. What should have been a 45 minute appt was more like 90 minutes because the stylist was super chatty and told me WAY too much about herself. I almost picked DD up too late from school, even though I'd built in PLENTY of time. Sheesh.

Our eye doc is the same way. I just want to get in and out!

MEMORY MAKER SHARING: Never mind. Upon first reading Disney's information about linking friends and family to your Memory Maker account, it makes it seem as if there is no problem with giving those friends and family members digital copies of their photos. Unfortunately, after reading the Terms and Conditions, their limited copyright release only allows you to have copies printed for your own personal use and does not give you the right to distribute digital copies to others. If they find out you've done it or too many people are accessing your account to download the photos, they have the right to immediately delete all photos and even delete your Disney MDE account.

So what I thought was legal actually isn't. So bye-bye offer to share the cost of a Memory Maker. What they really want people to do is link paid account to paid account, so all parties on a trip (not part of the same nuclear family) pay for the privilege. Then you can all have access to the photos with you and your friends together.

You won't need to share your login and password with them. If they have their own disney accounts, you can add them to your friends/family list and they will be able to access the photos through their own accounts.

I'm so nervous this morning! There's a thread about MK not having EMM on a couple dates in October and in the process of that thread it has been discovered that, in fact, there are NO EMM's at MK on Sundays after Oct 2 until November 27! I really don't want to purchase our tickets yet (a/c went out last night again, so who knows how much this is going to cost us?!) but I'm feeling like I need to bite the bullet and just do it. I don't want it to get cancelled!

We will be at CBR 11/25 (late arrival) - 12/03. I am so excited but nervous that I will not be able to coordinate all the Fast Passes. This vacation has been hard work!

Oh, good point. When a friend shared memory maker with me 2 years ago, I believe they did need to download the photos for me. She posted them to dropbox and I downloaded from there.

Does anyone have any experience removing people from reservations? I appears I will need to remove my FIL and MIL. The room is in our name, but when I try to remove them online it tries to remove the free dining. I will also need to remove them from our CRT reservation. Will a CM be able to edit these w/o losing the promo and issue a refund for the pre-pay meal without losing our time?

I was able to remove 4 people from a group of 14 people, but I had to call and they had to connect me with guest services. It can be done. Then a person drop out the day before our reservation and they just told me not to worry about it and go on to the reservation and it was not a problem. We were on the Dinning Plan so a refund was not necessary. I was told if a refund had been necessary it would have been credited back to the original charge card.

In fact when I originally made the reservation we were not on the Dinning Plan and I charged all 14 on my credit card and then when I went on the Dinning Plan they went ahead and refunded my money back to the card. I did need to call to get the refund ahead of time.

Just a reminder that fast passes are no longer opened up in the middle of the night anymore. Now they open at 7 a.m. Eastern Time the day that you are eligible. Just wanted to clarify in case some haven't done FPs for a while.

I was part of a big group MM last year and I could see the pictures but not download them. That's part of why I want my own this time. It was a bit of a pain and I never got to try out cool borders or edits or anything.

Yeah, that's why if anybody wants to participate with me, I'm going to buy the Memory Maker under a new MDE account that is used for nothing but Memory Maker. Then I can let everyone participating log on to it to do whatever they want with their pictures.

Because I definitely wouldn't want to buy it under my real MDE account and let others access that. Then they'd have access to my ADRs and FP. No way! I wouldn't even let my sister or best friend access my MDE. Heck, I don't even want my husband accessing it!

It has LOL! I've never even seen an episode of SPN but there was some talk of it on the original dining thread and since I'm a nerd and know of the fandom I threw it in there

If it's under a "dummy" account will that work? Does Memory maker not attached to a package or tickets still work or does it need to be activated somehow?

We didn't do it last trip because I am too cheap and just handed off my good camera to the PP photogs, but I would love some ride photos!
