Keep an eye on the cancellation thread. When I switched my park days last year, I was able to coordinate with someone for Akershus. Thank goodness for that, because I never did catch an opening pop up, and I checked multiple times daily.

I've got Ohana on 2 nights and a BOG PPO. I should be glad about those but I'm just bummed about the ones that got away.

I got something for every day, will try to tweak times if needed but not upset by what I got. I got Minnie's Fantasmic holiday dine so I am excited! I think I did alright from camping on my phone only! Plus I forgot my credit card in the car and had to go out and get it. There are no other character meals at MK besides CP and CRT (not doing bc 2 credits) and BOG dinner right? I booked 2 CPs but kinda not wanting to go there twice. Maybe change one to chef Mickey's or BOG dinner if I can get one although I don't want to leave a park if we don't have to with 4 kids under 10.

Well I'm not on FD (long story) but this is when we're going so I guess I'll camp out here! My BFF and her family will be there 11/26-12/2, staying at Pop, and we'll be there 11/28-12/4, staying at POFQ. This will be my second-ever visit to Disney, the last (as you can see in my sig) being in 1996 when I was 11! This trip is long overdue! BFF did her ADRs this morning and I was up and texting with her, feeling the adrenaline rush myself...two more days!!

ETA: I'm Amy from NJ, BTW! Traveling with dad and aunt. BFF traveling with hubby and DDs 5 & 7, aka my favorite girls in the whole world!

If you want characters, id pick chef Mickey over BOG. Only the beast is at BOG and he doesn't come to you, you go to him after your meal. I wouldn't call it a Character meal really. But we did love the food and the atmosphere

What if u did Chef Mickeys or Ohana for bfast before you enter the park. They r only one monorail stop away and then u only have to go through bag check once. We did Chef Mickeys brunch last year, leaving the park and reentering and it was no big deal.

We came back from camping yesterday in part so I could make ADRs - and to avoid traffic today! I got everything I was looking for at about the right times. I wasn't trying to get any of the really hard to get ones, so all is well for us! Yay!!

I just read in another thread that not only will Anna and Elsa M&G not have FP option, but from 9-11 FEA will be standby only too.

Right? I feel bad for people who have trips during this time with frozen, jungle book, unknown SW fireworks stuff, etc.

At least while we are there we are hitting MK on two party days, which will allow us to hop to AK or HS if necessary for the evening. Glad we have a little flexibility.

Well I'd snag one if you're able, it's harder I get than anything else right now! And if Disney decided their crazy experiment with no FP early on goes awry (it's sure to) and changes it later you can always drop it.

Hope that changes before our trip. I really want to ride it but not hour+ wait want to ride it. With 2 toddlers we have a 20 min wait maximum rule. I wonder how bad it will be during Pm EMH. We are going to park hop over for those. We loved them last year at Epcot.

I've just decided to try to grab a PPO at Akershus on the day we leave. If we get fastpasses for the ride on a couple different days, I'll cancel the breakfasts. I don't particularly care for Akershus so I hope we don't have to use it! I figure making the reservation for 12/7 is my best bet because it's the farthest out and many people don't seem to take trips quite as long as the one we have planned.

Can anyone with access to 12/1 tell me if there's anything available for Minnie's Holiday Dine for 6? We don't need Fantasmic! but would like it to be around 5:00 if possible. Thanks!
