I finally did it! Just finished up plans for our 3rd trip in 12 months.

We will be arriving around 4:00 PM on Nov. 26 for 7 nights! I hear the week after Thanksgiving is a really good time to be there.

Anyone else going to be there that week? Any info from those who have been there that week?

It beats the heck out of leftovers ;) I think it's a terrific time to go. Weather is fairly mild, the holiday decorations are up--and are AWESOME, and you're not dealing with peak crowds. :earsboy:

I'm not going, but I hear its a great time of year to WDW! You should have good crowds, good weather and great fun!

Have fun planning and have a magical vacation.

Years ago, Disney the week after Thanksgiving was like a ghost town. Last year, that wasn't the case. I thought it was still pretty crowded. Although each day after Thanksgiving, the crowds got smaller. By Dec 10, the crowds were gone.

The Christmas decorations are gorgeous. It's by far the prettiest time of year!!!

we were there last year at thi stime it is awesome, we have been many times throughout the year, and the crowds were thin, as the week went on they got thinner and thinner. have fun, we will be there again this year :cool1:

We'll be joining you on the 29th of Nov for 8 nights at BCV!!!! We can't wait to see all the Christmas decorations and also going to our first MVMCP!!!

I'm with you! November 27th to December 1. Hey, SpoonfulofSugar, I beat you to BCV by 2 days! Wear your lime green. I'll be solo, probably hanging around the marketplace or Beaches and Cream alot eating gelato or ice cream. This is the first time I've gone that week, so I have no idea what to expect as far as crowds.

My extended family and I will be there Nov. 28-Dec. 5. We can't wait. I've heard this was one of the best times to go, although I'm expecting larger crowds this year than in the past. I have not been to WDW in 20 years and my husband and children have never been. I'm praying it will be a magical experience for all of us. We're staying at FW cabins.

Me, too! 11/29-12/4 - splitting our stay between the WL & POFQ. We've never been to the World around Christmas time, and are very excited about MVMCP, Candlelight Processional, etc.! See you there! :wizard:

Count us in!!! We will be there Nov 27th-Dec 4th. Staying at Boardwalk Concierge. Hope to meet some of you! :cheer2:

I'll be there, too! It's my favorite week to go. The Christmas decorations are beautiful, the crowds are pretty good, and I love being there on my birthday! It will be my best friend & I, 11/27-12/3 and she has never been there that time of year before. We'll be attending her 1st MVMCP & my 3rd! Looking forward to her staying at SSR for the 1st time, too!

I'll be there, too. Beach Club. I'm trying to decide whether to try for concierge. It's our 35 anniversary and I'd like to make it an extra special trip.

We will be there. Staying at POFQ 11/25 - 11/27 and then Beach Club from 11/27 - 12/1. We will be sailing on the Wonder from 12/1 - 12/4 for our first ever cruise!! We will also be attending MVMCP on 11/29.

See ya there!!

Me too! 11/28 to 12/3. First time solo, first time to see the holiday decorations and first time MVMCP! SOOO EXCITED!!!

My favorite time to go to WDW! Light crowds, GREAT weather..and it's CHRISTMAS TIME @ WDW!

Too bad it's a pain too take the kids out of time.

Ditto. We went at Thanksgiving but it was a 12 day trip so the majority (minus 2 days) of that trip was AFTER Thanksgiving and it was pretty great... as described above. :)

Count us in. We will be at OKW from 11/27 to 12/3.

My sister is going with us. Her first trip. :cool1: :cool1:

This will be the third or fourth time we have gone the week after Thanksgiving.

The worst part of the trip is the drive. But it is so refreshing to see the majority of traffic going North while we are headed South. :cool1: :cool1:
