Hey, hope everybody's having a great day, I was just wondering how crowded it'll be down at wdw the week after Christmas?

I've heard some horror stories about crowds that time of year and was just wondering if they we're true. I'm used to going during peak times such as summer and spring break so will it be much different?

They're true. The week between Christmas and New Year's is the most crowded time of year. It's not unusual for the MK in particular to close due to capacity.

there's no comparison.
the parks are absolutely insane.
its still fun as long as you pack your patience and don't expect to do nearly as many attractions as usual.
you are packed in like sardeens.
walking from point A to point B is like the "line ride".
there is tape down the middle of the walkways and CM's are "directing traffic" with light wands saying "stay to your right please stay to your right".
entire bathrooms have to close to be cleaned instead of a CM just cleaning stall by stall like usual.
you can expect extreme wait time even for attractions that don't usually have a long wait. and attractions like soarin that usually do have a long wait you can expect it to be triple that wait time.
