Wednesday night July 21st - 2 shows of Fantasmic - Would first show need the package?

If there are 2 showings of Fantasmic, is the package for the first one still strongly encouraged if we don't want to get in line more than ½ hour early? We’re not interested in staying for the 10:30 show, so what do you all suggest?

all the families want to be done with the park, go to dinner afterwards and then relax before bed or go shopping.

The second show is more cool because it's darker, etc. If anything I would take a nap and come back for the late show.

The one good thing about this show is if you get there early at all you should be able to get a seat. Obviously, the earlier the better. When we want front row center area we are in line an hour early.

The first show will be the most crowded. If you don't want a long wait in line, I suggest you do the Fantasmic package.

From the reading I have done, the first show is much more crowded. I would definitely do the dinner package this time of year. We are doing it for June 5th. It's easier for me to know I won't have to worry about waiting in line and hoping to get a seat.
