Thanks, everybody, we are on day 3 and still going strong! Sooooo fun!
Jade, we're in room 1713. It's perfect. The beds are so comfortable we are both sleeping like rocks, which is unheard of for me in a hotel.
So far we are following our plan loosely, and it's been just fine. The only glitch so far was, we got started a little late for our MM this morning-- didn't leave the hotel till 5 minutes before opening-- and when we were walking toward the security station, DD said, "Uh, Mom, I think I forgot my ticket. I put it down to comb my hair in the room after you handed it to me, and I think I forgot to put it in my pocket." So we had to walk all the way back to the room again and get the ticket. So we got into the parks about 8:20 or so, and PP was packed already, of course. That's ok, we've still got Thursday. We did a few of the walk-on FL rides, first time for Snowie and Pinocchio-- and YES I RODE THE TEACUPS. They were actually walk-on at 8:45. Guess what? I didn't barf!

They actually were not as bad as I thought they'd be, and DD didn't spin the stupid thing.
We did Minnie and Friends breakfast this morning.... remember a long time ago when I posted "Eye-rolling adolescent + Character breakfast = bad combination?" Well, she LOVED it! At first she was a little embarressed by the characters, but we didn't linger so only 3 came over: Winnie, Hook and Fairy Godmother. Hook just scraped his hook over her head

But Fairy godmother plopped down at the table and started talking to her about her Jack Skellington bandana on her head. "you've got Jack Skelllington all over your head, dear!" Then she asked her name and her middle name, and I commented that it had a nice flow for yelling it out. "Oh, yes, Liz... that's short for Elisabeth? Yes? and your middle name? Ann? Oh, my yes... " and she says at the top of her voice, "Elisabeth Ann! Clean up this room!" .... "Elisabeth Ann! Get off the phone!" Liz was rolling on the floor practically.
It's hot today, feels like 90, but crowds are really tolerable. GRR's FP is turned off today. Mulholland Madness was closed this morning, no idea why. Wait times have been good, I haven't seen more than 30 minutes' wait... Nemo was 45 at 8:55. Oh, yeah, I was able to pick up a Space FP at 8:57 a.m.! Single Rider line at TSMM was closed around noon, standby was 30 mins... we didn't ride, we were tired. It was fun yesterday, though. Haven't caught sight of dream team or other LGMMHs.
Well, we've been collapsed in our room napping and resting our tired feet since 1 p.m., and it's time to go use our Screamin' FPs (her favorite ride, now) and catch the Pixar Parade.
I will update further as I have time! Thanks so much for all your good wishes!
