:wave: My exercise for the day is the usual, 45 minutes of cardio at the gym.

Who's next?
 
I'm next if this is Wednesday:hyper: . I wish that it were Thursday, that would mean one day closer to vacation.

I went to Curves this morning and have lots of errands to run today, so I will be getting some extra walking in.

I had to stop and think...........is it Thursday. Too bad! I go to NC this weekend, so I would be one day closer to a mini-vacation. Oh well, reality check its only Wednesday!! It was a nice thought while it lasted.

Today I did FIRM Strength. I really contemplated going back to sleep for another hour, but I am glad I made myself get up and exercise. I always feel so good when I am done.

for May 26th.....I did exercise....a GREAT strength work out at the gym. :hyper:
 

Today (Wed May 26) I walked outside for an hr
and vacuumed my upstairs
and went fruit & salad shopping - came out $55 later
almost time to head in to work

i was right there too -- like is today thursday??? i blame jetlag (not sleep deprivation and gambling):hyper:

I just spent an hour walking and jogging.

i may do a bit of yoga and hit the shower!
 
Did about a 45 minute workout - walking and using the eliptical machine. This was my first time to try the eliptical machine, and I did the first 5 minutes going backwards! WooWoo pointed that out to me and we got an extra abs workout laughing about it!

Okay, WooWoo....you should be next.......
 
GREAT workout today for 30 minutes. Never laughed so hard while working out!! Goofitup.... the name suits perfectly!!!;)
 
I did FIRM AB Sculpt and arm weights. Have a great day everyone!
 
Well gang, I fixed my goof! I don't know why I was thinking it was Thursday, maybe wishful thinking on my part...LOL. Today is Wednesday and I did get my workout in. ;)
 
Did laps during lunch at work, and 45 minutes of Curves after work........
 
I did a 1 mile power walk and the Firm Up Fast tape, total time = 40 minutes.
 
I did 16 minutes of walking/14 minutes of jogging. Great job everyone! Keep Moving :hyper:
 
Two workouts for me, jogging in the morning (3.6 miles in 40 minutes) and Curves after work. :D
 
I did my 30 minutes at Curves again when I probably should have been cleaning teh house. Plus I have made many trips up and down teh stairs from teh basement to the 2nd floor and back as I change over to my summer clothes. Does that count?
 
I was a bit of a slacker, I walked a half of an hour at lunch time, but no evening exercise.
 
I walked 1.8 miles aruond the neighborhood, need to add a little more to get to the 2:p
