Talk to everyone about it and demand they fix it at no cost or inconvinence to you

That sucks about your car! In January when I had my oil changed and my 60,000 mile maintenance done the place snapped off a connector when they were flushing my transmission. I had to call Jeff to come back over and pick me up and then have him drive me to work the next day. Then I had my boss drive me to get my car after work. They tried to charge me for the replacement part and my boss was like no way go in there and get the charge removed. So I went back in after looking at my bill and was like "ummm when I brought the car in there was nothing wrong with it, you broke it, why am I paying for it?" Then they refunded me the money and I was happy. lol

They won't do anything!? You need to take it higher then. That is ridiculous! sorry to hear it is happening to you, but seriously, that can't be cheap, and it shouldn't of happened. Get the next person in lines number and keep working your way up, don't give in (but that's just me, I couldn't imagine them telling me to pay for their mistakes)

Okay, so I thought I would post what I did because one of you may have a friend you would want to do this for...

My maid of honor, who is getting married in Sept, had her shower today. I wanted to do something different, and personal and so I made the following recipe book:

(The cameo you see is actually them, This is what I used to do for brides when vinnie and I had our business, so, I incorporated it into the recipe book!)

OMG it is always something. ***??????? well i hope vinny is ok, i will keep him in my thoughts. as for your car-did you go to an oil change place or an actual mechanic? they totally should cover all the damages. that is so not cool. i love the recipe idea-we have done it also but noone ever sent them back for my friends showers. so PM me your email address and i can send you pics of my dress=my peeps snuck pics of me in it with their cell phones so the pics don't do justice. but i am happy i made a decision.

Those bunnies you have in your mouth - i saw them in walgreens in orlando and i was going to get them for my sisters- i thought '' hmmm they look colourful - perhaps they have lots of E numbers in them so it would be funny to see what effect it has on them!! hahaha'' but i never ended up getting any!!

Now On to the GOOD stuff... Favors... CHECK!

So, with our theme being "tea by the sea" vinnie and I only thought it would be best to make our favors usable as well as awesome... so, every guest is getting three personalized tea bags that say "life is good" with two beach chairs on them, along with a tea caddy (the thing you put the tea bag on so it doesnt wet the whole table lol)

And, since vinnie and I are huge into conservation, we decided to make a donation to surfrider

Here are the boxes, the tags I made, and our Donation to the surfrider foundation.

Everyone will get a silver starfish as well

Mom (SHE WILL KILL ME if she knows I posted it)haha

And 100 boxes later, I got a severe stiff neck

but those kind of things mean more than an expensive gift from a posh shop- it shows that you care and have put a lot of thought and time into it, and to get it from someone you know or are friends with means so much. Im not surprised she cried!!

Also, i hope Vin gets better hun, im keeping him in my prayers! if only i could wave a wand and make him all better and cure his eye problem. At least he has you to look after him... hehe.

WOW - jenny your guests are getting spoiled!

I didnt think you could surprise me with any more of your creations but yet again.. i am... how on earth do you do it!?

Does these things cost you much money to make? Like per person, do you have a rough idea how much you have spent? I'd love to be able to do things like this but im afraid of how much it will cost haha!

Everything just looks too good- really professional looking- i cant understand how you manage to print on some of your cards and stuf!! (well im not that computer savvy nor printer savvy!!)
