My friend just back from abroad and had a photobook made up of her travels through Snapfish and lightbulbs went on: Parent/family albums. :cool1: I would love to give my fam (esp. parents) a photo album of our Disney wedding, put I know they run over $250 through a photographer. :sad2:
I am now creating a book of DF & my past WDW trip through Shutterfly and it will only cost about $50 for 55 pages and we have over 200 pics!! You create it yourself by uploading your pics, placing the photos (they have diff't layouts depending on how many photos per page), and adding text. You add different backrounds too, so it is completely customized! They have diff't size albums from large to small (which would be nice for the wedding party). They even have special wedding layouts or you could do the whole week od wedding events.

When I complete my book I'll post a link so you all can check it out! A great way to save money and it looks like really professional (almost like a yearbook).

we did this for our parents as well....they came out great..
Oh check out couponcabin before you order sometimes the have 10 to 20% off the photobooks

We did this for our photos and I reallly love our book! We used Shutterfly. I ordered a softcover book from Kodak recently, and pages are already falling out! :sad2: I was very satisfied with the quality of the Shutterfly hardbound book!
I think I'll be ordering hardcover books of all of our vacations/special events instead of putting them in albums from now on. This way, they are on a shelf in the living room and actually get looked at once in a while!

When looking for a photographer it was a must that they give us the disc of all pictures as part of our packages so that we can make the parent albums more inexpensive. I think its muts to spend hundreds of dollars for only a few pics in an album. Looking forward to seeing your book when you put it together!

I have made photobooks with photoworks a couple times now and have been very happy with the outcome. I plan on using them to make some photobooks of my wedding once I have my photos back.

I used mypublisher with success. I get codes through email...Not sure if I get them from theknot or mypublisher or the nest, but I get them.
