I'm sorry if this has been cleared up previously, I have searched but cannot find all the info I need.

DF and I are planning to be married in 2011 but have been fortunate enough to manage an xmas trip to Orlando this year in Dec from the UK.

Whilst we are there we would love to visit the locations (not the WP as we have already ruled this one out) I have heard that they are open to the public but I cannot seem to find out exactly where they all are ? (I'm useless with directions or general geography of anything) Are all of the locations at the Hotel locations and do you have to be staying with Disney to get anywhere near them ?

I hope my query makes sense and someone can help. We don't really want to arrange for a booked visit as it will be at the height of the xmas season and we would just like to be able to squeeze the visits in where we can !!

To be clear we would like to visit - Sunset Point, The Wedding Gazebo, Sunrise Terrace, Sea Breeze Point.

Thanks in Advance to any help given.

They're all hotel locations

Seebreeze Point is at the Boardwalk
Yacht Club Gazebo is at the Yacht Club
Sunset Pointe is at the Polynesian
Sunrise Terrace is at the Wilderness Lodge

If you get on a Disney resort bus from one of the parks or downtown disney, you'll be able to get to the hotels and a cast member at the front desk should be able to direct you.

You could schedule a "site visit" with Disney's Fairytale Wedding department and they can show you the sites, even ones that are not always open to the public. It's typically a short quick visit but will give you some information about the process and locations.

Hi I'm from the UK and not due to get married until Dec 2010 but like you I am visiting this October. Were going to go and visit the Yacht Club Gazebo (thats our favourite!) and also Sea Breeze Point as we think thats really pretty and decide between the two. I've also seen other DISer's go and have a peak in wedding pavillion too (as long as there isnt a wedding going on of course!) there will be a board outside giving you times of the weddings.

We just want to have a good look at both and take some photos as we have never seen them in person before - and work out which is "right" for us :goodvibes

Thanks Guys, that helps - a quick bus trip it may be, although I think I'll try to call in advance just incase, you never know :-)

I would definitely give DFTW a call to see if there are any weddings taking place that day. I saw two weddings while I was down there, one at the Gazebo and the other at Sea Breeze Point.

I have to tell you, it answered many of the questions in my head about things like music, seating, etc.

Good luck!
