How does this work? We have to mail in the forms and then be married within 60 days by a judge? DO we have to make an appt with the judge? Does he come to the Wedding Pavilion so we can sign the forms or do we have to meet him somewhere in orlando? How much is this? or is it easier just to get married in your home state?

Basically you and your partner need to go to the courthouse, there are two near Disney. Alternatively you could use the mail order service from Brevard County - more information can be found in the threads below.

Osceola County Courthouse
2 Courthouse Square, 2nd Floor
Kissimmee, FL 34741
407-742-3530

Orange County Courthouse
425 N. Orange Avenue, Room #355
Orlando, FL 32801
407-836-2067

At the courthouse you fill in your an application to marry, provide I.D and then they give you your licence. On the day of your wedding you give the licence to your officiant, he/she signs it, mails it back to the courthouse and send you a copy of your marriage certificate.

I hope this helps, more information is available in the links below:

Are you having an officiant at your wedding? They should be able to sign it.
