One of my best friends is getting married soon. He and his bride-to-be are both big time Disney fans, and will be celebrating their honeymoon at WDW.
I haven't gotten them a gift yet. I don't want to just get them something from their wedding registry, because I want to give them something personal/meaningful/memorable.
So, I thought that I'd look for something Disney related, or something they could do or enjoy at Disney on their honeymoon.
I was going to get them tickets to Cirque, but his (the groom) parents already got them tickets.
I also thought about getting them the bride and groom mickey ears, with their names on them to give them now, and then having a gift basket prepared and sent to their room for their arrival, but I have no idea what I'd have put in the basket.
I also considered signing them up for a tour, or something like that, but I know in the past, they've never been much interested in doing something like that.
So, any ideas? They're going the week of Thanksgiving. Are there any special, ticketed events going on then?
I also thought about getting them tickets to the Wishes Dessert Party, or something like that, but is it possible to pay for that for someone else in advance? How would that work?
Any ideas are appreciated.
Thanks!
