I always heard as a money gift for weddings it should at least cover the cost of pate setting ? I dont know how much to give for a disney wedding ?Help Wonderful couple!

I think that must be an East Coast tradition. I'd never heard of it until I met a bunch of East Coast Disney brides! :)

You don't need to feel like you have to give a certain amount—they will appreciate anything you give them. But if you are curious about the costs, Wishes couples pay a minimum of $125++/$150++/$175++ per person for food and beverage, depending on whether it's brunch, lunch or dinner. The ++ means there's 6.5% tax on the food and beverage plus 21% service charge on top of the food-and-tax total. So if you wanted to be strictly accurate, it's $161/$193/$226 per person. :thumbsup2

I'd say $150 a person is a standard gift for an upscale wedding that is open bar with dinner. I look at it as a nice night out with dinner/drinks included so that would run typically $100+ per person plus a little extra for the couple.

Thanks so much lurkey loo, i really appreciate the answer.I know couples who go, "Disney", for their weddings are really fulfilling a dream come true,or at least I think they are!
