We are planning a 10am ceremony, with a brunch to follow. Then a break where guests can go back to their rooms and nap, swim...whatever they want. Then around 6 having a cocktail party with drinks and appitizers then a DP following.

You could use the free time to take some pictures.

If you are having a lunch that will probably take up 2-3 hours, maybe even 4 once you cut the cake and take pictures at the lunch location/hotel.

That will still give you 2-3 hours to kill before your DP. I would suggest taking a breather. Your guests will probably appreciate it. I know I would love a break before a DP. And that let's your guests build an appetite before the DP so they enjoy the food without being full from lunch/dinner.
