Wedding day morning question

Just a question for brides that had afternoon escape weddings.
How busy was your morning before you left to get married?

I was wondering because I am getting married at 2:30 and wanted to see if I had time to have a nice breakfast. I figure getting ready won't take long. I am doing my own makeup and hair, with the help of future step daughter(she is only curling some of it for me) and it shouldn't take long to get my boys ready.

I think you should have plenty of time for a nice breakfast. I was in a wedding a few years ago which started at 3pm, we had an early start, but we all had our hair and make up professionally done at two different places, and we still found we were sitting around for probably an hour before the wedding.
