What is in the wedding contract (in general) that you sign before you start all the planning?

The contract is pretty standard. (I wish I could email you my copy but there's a confidentiality clause, and I don't want to get the Mouse upset). It describes your general wedding information, such as the name of the bride and groom, the date, etc. It describes your room block and what hotels you've picked and how many nights at each hotel, it states how payments must be made, it describes your events planned on your wedding date, the locations and time, and then describes the service charges you'll have to pay in addition to everything else, and it describes the cancellation policy. Of course, Disney has quite a few clauses in there to cover itself for liability purposes, but nothing unreasonable. The terms of the contract are negotiable, you just have to speak to your consultant to see what can be done if you want to add anything or change anything.

I hope this helps. :p

Thanks so much for the info! I am going in for my first consultatation in a few days and I didn't want any surprises, lol
