wedding cancellation

yes, we will start by saying my wedding is cancelled , it has been a long hard few months..... still going to Disney with the kids ,all is already paid for...
does anybody know if the vouchers they sent me for annual passes will still be valid ? after all , I did lose my 1000.00 deposit for the cancellation , this would bring me some releif , even if it is just a tiney bit....

I know there have been DISbrides who cancelled, but they don't really frequent this board anymore..

I believe the vouchers are still good—I can't see Disney actively taking steps to invalidate them. However, if you don't want to wait til you get to Guest Services to find out for sure, I suggest double checking with your DFTW sales consultant. It might feel awkward, but it's perfectly reasonable to ask, especially when you've lost what basically amounts to the price of the annual passes as your deposit.

When my df and I first talked about canceling our Wishes wedding we were told the vouchers for annual passports would still be honored. We never did cancel, just downgraded, so I am not sure if that rule is still in place but it was when we asked. Sorry to hear you had to cancel.

Yes, they are still good! I DID cancel and still used out AP's. We did get married later, but i wasn't sure we would work things out when we originally cancelled and I know some of what you're feeling. The next trip we did (was actually the week that was supposed to be our wedding week) was HARD and I cried a few times, but I moved past it and i hope you can too

thank you for your response ! We are also trying to work things out..... , but for sure this wedding will stay cancelled while I go on the honeymoon that was suppose to be with my BFF and her kids , while he stays at my place with the dogs.
should we ever decide to get married again , it will definitly be an elloppement just the 2 of us , somewhere very ,very cheap.....

can I use his AP for one of my kids ?
