I am hoping that you all can help me out here. My Best friend is going on the cruise with me & my family in Nov 09.. She would like to know who to contact and how much does it cost to have a very small wedding on the ship? Thanks in advance for all your help.. FYI-she is in a wheelchair with a 15 year old daughter.
