website with expected flight arrivals

i seem to recall someone on this board posting a website that listed the expected arrival times of flights worldwide.

Does anyone know what it is?

Not sure if its the same one but I use this

Takes a little time to get the flight numbers accepted, 16 instead of 016 etc.
