Website . . . what's with it?

I think it's more than half the time that I can't login . . . I get the "Sorry..." page instead!?! I clear my cache and cookies, and it still won't let me in. Does anybody else have this issue? Has anybody figured out what to do about it?
 
I was having the same problem. Someone told me it was because I logged into the one More Day Contest first. Once I cleared my cookies and restarted my mac it works great
 
I used to have issues when I used Internet Explorer. I have switched to Firefox and have not had any issues since.

I don't know what browser you are using, but that could be part of it.
 
I am on Safari. I was able to log on today just fine. I just made sure that I registered for the One More Day contest on my work computer
 

I restarted my computer, put in the web address and hit enter. It went to the login page, and I entered my login and password and hit enter. Then, it gives me a screen that says it can find that website. So, I enter with a different we address and it goes directly in. I will never understand why Disney has so many issues with their websites!?! :confused3
 
I used to have problems logging in all the time if I had another Disney page open when I tried to log in on the DVC site.

I called the member services number and selected the option for web assistance. I had them delete my DVC account and give me a code to create a new one. Before I re-created it, I logged into the DisneyWorld.com account and left that open in another tab. I then created the DVC account using the same user name. By doing this, the DVC web site recognized that I was logged into the other account and asked me if I wanted to link the DVC account I was creating with the other account. Since doing that, I've never had a problem.
 
Oddly enough, even though my cookies are cleared, I can only log into the member website on Firefox. It will not let me log in with the exact same address on Chrome, just keeps giving me a "temporarily down" message. (Seconds apart!) Not sure whats up with that either.
