I am trying to get some information from a website but it is not in English. I tried Google Translator but it said the site is in English-- it isn't!

Is there anything I can use (free) to translate a website?

I always used to use freetranslation with a dot com at the end! I had students that had parents that only spoke spanish. It worked well for me! Good luck!!!

Did you check to see if there was a button/link somewhere to change the site to English?

Yep. I was actually really surprised there wasn't.

I gave up. I couldn't get any of the Translations sites to work. But it was in Spanish and I know enough that I was able to get the general idea and enough details to get what I needed to know.

Do you know what language the website is in? Sometimes the 'detect language' option isn't always accurate and that could be what doesn't work. I use Google Translate all the time so I'm pretty surprised.
