Website Recommendations for Eyeglass Frames Online

I get fall down dizzy and get serious headaches without glasses. I almost thought I broke my frames this morning, but luckily it was just a fluke thing and I figure out how to put the temple back in. There was about a half hour where I thought I might have to be without my glasses while I sent them off to my eye doctor 500 miles away.

I just had my lenses swapped out last week so I have a set of lenses that are almost the same that would do in a pinch if I had an emergency. The only problem is that I would have to buy the same frame. My frame was Sihouettes and they were $249 at the eye doctor. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good place to purchase discounted brand name frames on-line? I would have to buy the same frame, the lenses alone cost $300 so it wouldn't be worth it to have another pair of glasses made.

It might just be cheaper to buy a back up pair from Zenni Optical.

I agree - buy a pair from Zenni. I have purchased either for myself or family and friends at least 20 pairs of glasses from Zenni and never had any issues. My mom's glasses have been ultrathin lenses, no-line bifocals, photochromatic in the most expensive frames Zenni offers and we've never paid more than $95 total.

Just my $0.02... I agree with the pp's - Zenni has never let me down!! Even their prescription sunglasses have been awesome!
