Website needed to book Vacation Village Parkway, Orange Lake or others

We have stayed at Ornage Lake, Vistana, Vacation Village Parkway. We loved them all.

Well, we would like to book these or others that are as nice but Skyauction has nothing up for January. Can anyone recommend any websites?

We are using Condodirect already but if there are any others, please let me know.

You can find Cypress Pointe on hotelkingdom. Other places: www.redweek.com and www.tug2.net

None of these will match skyauction prices. Remember: skyauction is used as the sales point of last resort. If RCI can get rid of those units any other way, for a higher price, they will.

It is probably too early to rent distressed January inventory, but it will probably show up eventually; January is very slow. There are a couple of resorts on RCI's Extra Vacations list priced in a way that suggests they may make it onto the Skyauction list: VV@Pkwy, Cypress Palms, Grand Beach, and Silver Lake are among them. Orange Lake and Vistana are not, at least not right now.

if you anyone who owns a timeshare and uses RCI for their exchanges - they can get you a extra vacation.

VV for a while had an excellent price - but only for RCI owners.

Do Orlando seems to not have much availability at all. I have checked about a dozen locations for all weeks from Sept to January and they all come up as unavailable...I must be doing something wrong.

try skyauction - just pick Florida (not orlando)

go look at the home away.

now the resorts you mentioned aren't there for Nov or Dec.

Orbit one (older but still nice)
Wynham Cypress Palm
Celebration world resort - they have improved

for nov
Cypress Pointe (so maybe later it might be for Dec)

Orange lake was on here - but it is gone.

oh I avoided Silver Lake because of their extra fees - but someone say they just put your cc in holding they don't really charge you unless you do something.

Well, I have been in Contact with Do orlando dot com and they have no availability for January...

no - just learned (from this website - several disers) to check it often.

definitely kept the link. sometimes travelzoo changes - weekly or monthly. but the link is still good until the time expires - then sometimes because they haven't rented enough units they continue the sale.

used it for Lake buena vista best western - so it is definitely a good site.

Hi Sam,

Definitely try myresortnetwork.com. Many owners will have a floating week between two time periods. I've already booked mine for February 2008 through that website. Just e-mail the owner to see if your dates might be available. E-bay also has some good deals, but those probably won't show availability for January for a few more weeks. It looks like they're into December right now.
