Website name for booking Disney rooms....

Does anyone know the name of a website where you can book Disney rooms and other hotel rooms cheaper than rack rate called something like book it now or buy it now or with those words in the name of the website. We met a man on the plane last week on the way down to WDW and mentioned it to us. The rooms are bought in advance and in bulk and then resold. It's not priceline or hot wire. I'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

I've never heard of such a site. The Expedia does have prices that are lower than rack rate, but when I called the Disney number I was able to get the same rate or better with the current code.
