Website/ Missing Points/Membership Question

Maybe I missed this discussion...

but I used to be able to log in and see all of my points....I have 2 separate membership numbers because I have a block of points from a different use year....and could see BOTH member ID's, all contracts, all reservations shown at this one log in.

Now, all I can see is one set of points and 1 member ID number

And according to MS I now have a third membership number.....

The time she was done with me I was totally confused.

Does anyone know about this....will it ever go back to how it was?

Members have been reporting problems with site for about three months now and usually it is vacations made disappearing from vacation details or points not showing as correct . MS said about three months ago that they were working on fixing the problems. Most who have been dealing with Disney websites for years aren't surprised that it is still not working correctly.
