Website keeps glitching with borrowed points?

I keep getting this error message when trying to book a reservation with transferred-in points. It only happens when searching the home resort of those points. All other resorts come up fine. Thoughts?
 
No idea. Must be some type of website issue so you'll have to call MS (but you already know that).
 
Are you trying to book during the home resort period of those points? If so, it doesn’t work online and you have to call MS.

They only work inside 7 months as the system is set to only allow bookings for home resorts you actually own.

The transferred points are from the March 2025UY of XYZ resort. I was searching in April of 2025 for XYZ resort so I am more than 7 months out. I guess that is the issue. Thanks
 

I just tried to check availability for my stay in December and after choosing the dates and clicking "Check Availability" nothing happens so something is up with the site. It also made me sign in twice.
 
What error are you getting? I'm logged in looking at availability.
Yeah, I just got in but it's acting strangely today. It made me sign in twice and then I got the Seven dwarfs "We're working on it" message. All is well right now.
