Website found. Waiting for reply

Will this site ever be fixed? I know there has been many threads about how slow the DIS moves over the last year but nothing ever changes.

Can it be fixed or is this just the way it is?

I have 3 pc's in my home on high speed net and 4 at work that are lightning fast everywhere but here. It just drives me crazy

I was just going to ask if it's been really slow getting to & moving around the DIS for anyone else or was it just my computers - at home & at the "w" place (not that I DIS at work). It's just been the last few days, it takes so long to open the site, to open a thread, to post.

Well, to be clear, they website isn't broken so it cannot be "fixed" per se. The question is whether or not performance can be improved. I think it is clear that it can be. This forum is #123 vBulletin forum in terms of traffic. Another forum I frequent is AVS Forum, which is #62 in terms of traffic, and is consistently much faster. Also, a lot of folks here are familiar with Cruise Critic -- same software, and Cruise Critic is #51 in terms of traffic.
