I'm not sure if this website has been posted before, but http://www.paradiesgifts.com has all kinds of Disney goodies (pens, photo albums, towels, etc.) for wholesale prices. I have not used them, but it seems like they have the best prices around. You could use many of these things in welcome bags or as favors for a good price!
