Website Errors

My window opens at midnight EST, and I am only getting errors for the DCL website. Nothing is loading at all. Am I the only one having issues getting to the site??!!

Well I guess if I can’t book no one can, right?

Try a different browser i can only log on with internet explorer nothing else works for me and make sure to clear cookies.

There are times the booking/online check in windows don't open "on time" (midnight Eastern time). Sometimes one or the other won't open until the next morning. Occasionally, neither will open until the the next morning.

Another thing, you must log in after midnight EASTERN time to access your booking (when it's working correctly). If you are already logged in (before the magic hour), the system thinks it's whatever time/day it was when you logged in.

One more thought - midnight Eastern time is 45 minutes from now. I think you're too early.

EDITED TO ADD: I just went to the DCL website. Was able to log in with no problems

I was able to login, but when I went to port adventures I am getting the "We are working on it" seven dwarfs here and there. It will probably be a bit spotty tonight, but like others said, try a different browser and see if that helps!

Yes, I know I was too early... I just couldn’t even get the website to load. But you said you can so going to try my PC and a different browser since my Mac and phone aren’t working. Thanks for letting me know it is working for you!

Thanks everyone for the advice!! I am able to access the website and my reservations on Internet Explorer. Yeah!!
