Website down???

Yup I'm having the username and password issue right now..it's a pre-filled saved password on Chrome so I know it's right..guess I'll have to try the website later. This is the 1st time I've had issues like this. When I look at restaurants and their menus or attractions/shows I do sometimes get the "we had to duck out" error but all I do is refresh the page and the error message is gone. I knew that the DISboards would have the buzz if the username error was just me or a widespread issue lol

Lets fire all of the IT support people and bring in tech support personnel from other countries so we can pay them less and make more money....

We just did that a couple of months ago and now "stuff" is messed up.

Yep and that just happened to my Husband a month ago. He is IT and was let go so Cat could send his job to India!!!
 
Was on the phone for nearly 40 minutes only for the gentleman to tell me that the site is down and he apologized. I did as a previous poster stated and changed my password knowing that I didn't need to but kept getting the same error message. The cast member on the phone told me that if the "new" password doesn't work tomorrow just give them a call back and let them know. Really, I do LOVE Disney, but I don't have time to sit for another 40 minutes tomorrow. I will just do my best to use patience and wait for the website to be up and running again.
 
Having same issue here I m glad to know it is a problem and it is being fixed. I tried calling Disney and all circuits are busy.
 

I've been trying to access my account for almost 2 hours. At one point I did find my reservations page, but it wouldn't let me view or change anything. Guess I will wait until tomorrow and hope they get it figured out. :rolleyes1
 
OMG... I'm so upset now... used all my attempts and thinking I'm crazy and tired, before looking here for answers.
Wish I had done this first!!!!
Now I'm locked out of everything....
 
Yup, having the log-in issue as well

Eugh, can only hope that the technical issues are because they're updating info on many DELAYED things -_-
 
I really hope the site is fixed before it's time to choose our Fast Passes in an hour & half. Goodness, this is stressful. Lol. I wouldn't be so worried if it wasn't for such a busy time.
 
Update: I was able to get in both the DVC and disney site. I was also able to confirm that the customization by phone was done properly. yay!

Glad I found this. I was having a slight panic attack! I have way too many valuable reservations and fast passes and the thought of losing them over technical issues is terrifying LOL. It seems all the Disney sites are having an issue, even the Disney Infinity app! I knew I would find the answer here :)

The only thing that worries me is the whole username and password don't match business. It makes me wonder what would happen should the accounts somehow get erased? In any event, we are supposed to check-in tomorrow, so I will hope it is fixed by then.

Always make hard copies of all important documents or/and copy the data to your secure backup drive(s).
I've made copies of every correspondence, confirmation, reservation, and piece Itinerary info that Disney has either e mailed to me or put in my MDE file.

I had most of mine but since I am leaving today, I was going in to clean up a few reservations I had made for my trip in September. I did print my confirmation emails, something I have not previously done.
 
How is it that a company this huge with as many resources as they can get, can have this many technical problems? Site STILL having issues. Can't make dining reservations. Can't see anything that I've already done. Frick!

And its down again! When I look for reservations it only shows 26 restaurants!
 
Can anyone get in yet? I am still having issues but the phone wait time is still pretty high.
 
Sitting in Frontierland right now and MDE has been down on my phone and my daughter's since 5:30. My fast pass for mine train disappeared on MDE but thankfully worked when I got to the tap stiles. Wait times have not loaded since 5:30 and can't book any additional fp from phone or at kiosk. ???? We're doing it old school, going from ride to ride to see wait times.
