I can get all the way through to the confirmation screen and then it says the dining reservation website is down for maintenance or scheduled down time. Is anyone else seeing this?

This has been happening to me all week. I ended up calling in some reservations until I played around with it a little. When I got to the screen where you have to and click the box to agree with guest policies I tried switching the name in the dropdown box at the top to my husbands name and it has been working for me since.

I am seeing the problems that people are having with the website now. I was on the phone with reservations and online at the same time and they were showing different availability for both dining and rooms

I have been getting the following error when trying to make a dining reservation since last week. I get through to the very end and then I get the following message. I have tried it from two different PCs, a tablet and a Macbook Pro all with the same message. I have tried early in the morning, late at night and everything in between. There is absolutely no time in my day to call and hold for 2+ hours. Beyond frustrating.

I was getting the error only if I selected the guest for the reservation. If I didn't pick anyone, but myself it went through. It took me 2 days to realize this though. I wanted to see if it is still doing it and it is.

I tried it without the other guests and still got the server busy message

If you have another adult guest in your party try switching to that name.

OK that worked! Amazing what we go through to give Disney our money. Thanks everyone for the ideas.
