Website down?

I tried to get in to modify my reservation and can't seem to do it. Is the site undergoing maintenance? I can get in to some parts but not the part where I can cancel my reservation. Anyone else having issues with it?

Yes, this has been happening for a few days now. Keep getting the internal 500 error. And it is still happening this morning.

I was using Firefox and when I switched to Safari it worked. I was trying to price out cruises on the Disney Cruise Line website and Firefox gage me problems again. Switched to Safari and it was fine. I don't know what's going on with Firefox. I even erase history and cookies and it didn't help. My Firefox is updated also. Weird.

Same story with different browsers, both my mac and pc. All updates installed. I emailed them through the contact us link on the member site. Have been getting the same internal error messages on work pc as well.

I'm finding it's hit and miss. I can get in then an hour later can't, or I can get in and see the points chart but not the vacation centre, and so on. It's been happening for a while. Perhaps they're doing smaller upgrades without taking the entire system down??

I have been having issues for days. Looks like they just finally took it offline to fix whatever the issue is (hopefully)!
