Late Sunday night (pacific time) it was semi-down. It showed some info and had some functionalitym but had 0 and then some blank spaces where it normally shows this and next year's points. And then when I clicked to book online, Rex from Toy Story showed up and said that there's something wrong with my account, and that late payments can cause the unavailability to use my points, and to call.
Uh, no.
So now they are back to using inappropriate error messages. Sigh.
Of course, as expected, all is well today. Hope no newbies, or people who actually trust Disney websites, were trying to do stuff last night. It's disturbing enough when you KNOW that it's fine and it's just an IT issue (directing to the wrong error message), let alone if you don't know that.
