So, I was trying to get some extra webkinz cash for my DD and I went to buy a room for her pink pony that she has. When I selected the choice of adding another room, it said there was an issue and I'd be logged out. It then closed my browser. I logged back in and it had deducted 1000 kinzcash from the account. It did this twice! Plus, no new room was added. Does anyone know how I could fix this or who to contact?
