Webkinz help/question.

My kids recently got a webkinz. I won a couple of trophies playing Cash Cow and my son put them in his room. For some reason, we can't move them. I've tried clicking on them like we do with the other furniture, but I can't get them to move. Are we now stuck with them in Chimpy's room forever?

Any help would be really appreciated.

Sometimes items just get stuck. You can email them and ask if they have any suggestions but my friend had one of the carts get stuck in a doorway once for like 5 months then it randomly moved.

If you have something stuck, there is a spot under Customer Service to email them info re: your stuck item.

If it's floating in the room - should be on a table but looks a little "off" - you can fix that yourself by removing the table, leaving the room, coming back to the room and putting the table back in someplace else, leave the room, come back and click on the table - it should actually selected the floating object. Now you can put everything back. This happens randomly from time to time and sometimes fixes itself.

Yes, I've tried to use the edit button. We are able to move everything else, but the trophies are just stuck.

Actually, I checked my other son's account and he has two Cash Cows trophies and they are stuck too. Maybe I'm not supposed to be able to move them.

Stuff gets stuck...it is irritating. I have one room where 2 things are stuck.

I had another room where I had kitchen stuff stuck and after many months I was able to remove them.

I have not done the Customer Service thing so I would do that.

The customer service thing does work to get things unstuck. They just remove them from the room and place them in your dock.
