Webist to find owners of condos?

About four years ago i took my family of six to Disney. Well while reading various message boards on advice or what-not, I came across a site that I could register the dates I wanted to stay. It gave the owners of condos/houses to contact me. I found a great deal on it but over the years have forgotten what site that was. Do any of you have any idea what site that might have been?

It was similar to VRBO.com but instead of just owners registering what they had, renters could also register what dates they wanted.

I don't know a general site for this but on the Windsor Hills site you can put your dates in an inquiry that will go out to owners, specify what you're looking for or you'll get loads of answers : http://windsorhillsrent.com/

Ans so you know, once I checked out the Windsor Hills website and found them on google map, that is the exact resort we stayed in last time. Thank you a ton for pointing me in the right direction!
