web site in Disney DVD

We received our DVD a couple of days ago. Inside was letter stating that Disney had a website with our name on it. it begins with vdp.disneyparks.com/ourname followed by a group of numbers. We have yet been able to open this. Has anyone else received this? Any ideas on how to open this? Thanks for your help. Was hoping maybe a discount attached.

You type in the website and it brings you to a page to help plan your trip. It's nothing too special. And it's not a discount.

We tried typing in the web site. It will not open.

Did you type it in exactly like it printed? You can't put 'www.' Otherwise it won't go to the page.

VPD not vdp. That should work for you.

I know I'm late joining the conversation but it didn't work for me either. Since it's no big deal & just going to help me plan our (3rd) trip (which is already planned & booked!) guess I won't worry about it too much. Oh well, it's been fun watching the DVD
