Anyone done this one? Is it really only 9.95 for 30days? Was it easy to cancel? TIA

Wow. those are hard terms to wade through but from what I can gather

*The $9.95 does not include taxes, which are billed on an invoice. It really doesn't seem to how much the taxes are anywhere that I can find.

The Service Fees do not include any applicable sales, use, revenue, excise or other taxes imposed by any taxing authority with respect to the Services or any software provided hereunder (excluding any tax on Company’s net income). All such taxes will be added to Company’s invoices for the Service Fees as separate charges to be paid by Customer.

*You can cancel at any time, but you have to give 30 days written notice. So I guess that means that unless you got a cancellation notice into them somehow as soon as you signed up, it seems like you will be paying for 2 months minimum.

Hosting Services will commence on the Effective Date indicated in the Order and continue for the duration of the Initial Term. Thereafter, the Order will automatically renew for successive one month periods unless the Order is earlier terminated in accordance with its terms or either party gives written notice to the other party of non-renewal at least 30 days prior to expiration of the then-current term.

I think that if these two things are as I interpret them, the "profit" from this offer will be far less than it appears.

I did it May 24th.. was charged 9.99.. I have not cancelled yet. I also have not received the credit yet.

I submitted the non credit form 6/3 and in still remains under the submitted to kira category.

So far I have had to submit like 8 non-credits, only one of them has credited. TICKS ME OFF...because the 7 remaining are worth $125. And a couple of them I paid decent money to join, so that really sucks!

I feel the same way....I currently have 13 paid offers that i'm waiting on totaling $166 worth i'm not doing any more till I get credit

Holy Smokes, you girls are having some horrible luck. Well good thing is....were not alone. lol

If it makes you feel any better, I also did web.com, and did receive credit, so there is SOME hope.

It credited within a day or two, and it was an easy cancel, I just called the 1 800 #. GOOD LUCK ALL OF YOU on your pendings...I know I have a few P.I.T.A pendings that are driving me nuts. =D

Ok, another question, I read something in the terms that if the account was canceled before the 30 days, they would charge the entire setup fee. Anyone have this happen?

I only remember being charged the 9.95 to be honest. And I canceled about a week and a half later.

I wounder if things are starting to get overwhelming with all of the new members.

I was wondering the same thing. I have had several offers not go through. I have emailed her several times and I got the same thing. There is no lead on it? How can that be when I have submitted the conf emails with full headers. It is so frustrating.
