Web Certificates ?

I just logged on to my web certificate to check my balance and it said my account was expired but still showed the correct balance. I have added funds on time. Has anyone had any experience with this. Please don't tell me I lost all my money. I did email them and will watch for answer.

I had to call them when I had a problem. I'm not sure if your problem is that your plastic card expired? That's what happened to me, and I just had to call to renew, with the regular fee ($6.95 I think?)....
I didn't have much success emailing them though, so you might think about calling.
