We are going to Disney 12/14-12/21 and was wondering on the weather at that time.

That's the same week that we will be down there. Can't wait to see the World decorated for Christmas.
While we've never been down during December, we've made frequent trips in January and February, and I think that the weather patterns for December are fairly close to Jan-Feb.
The official line on December weather is highs of 70-75 during the day and lows of 50-55 at night. I think most people here will tell you that it can get up to 80 occasionally, but it can also dip down into the 40's (or maybe lower) at night. I know when we were there in January, we wore jeans and long sleeve shirts most evening, but usually wore shorts and sweatshirts with t-shirts underneath to the parks.
Rain amounts tend to be pretty bearable during the winter months (nothing like the storms they're getting now). We usually count on getting one day of rain for a week's trip, but even then, it's not too bad.

Sometimes unpreditable...but definitely better than summertime in the long run.

We've been to WDW the last 2 Decembers. In 2001 it was warm and mild the whole time and not a drop of rain.

Last December it rained all night the first night and turned quite chilly the next day with drizzle all day (I had to buy a Minnie Santa hat to keep my ears warm that day!). The days that followed were gorgeous.

When we get rain in the winter it's usually due to the passage of a cold front, sometimes they stall and cause the rain or sometimes they sweep through and we may even have storms that may last a few hours or sometimes the temp may just drop without the rain. Depends on the jet stream that time of year. When it does get cooler, if the sun is out it's usually comfortable, but it can get chilly if the sun is not out.
