Hey there - haven't been to Disney in going on 5 years so i'm fit to bust. Leaving Wednesday for a 5 night trip. the weather looks OK - 60's, then 75 on Saturday. Cloudy though... never been this time of year - is it usually pretty good? I'm kinda' nervous. I like warm, don't mind hot. I don't expect it to be like the summer but please ease my mind.

I went the exact same week last year. First time in February for me (previously had gone in October several times). I loved the weather! We got a good mix. The first few days, warm enough for water park or pool. We switched up our plans and went to Typhoon Lagoon our first day. Then it cooled off a bit and was pleasantly warm (mid-to-upper upper 70s and no humidity!) We only had about two hours of rain the whole week - but when it rained, it poured! Was so glad I had a poncho with me - the rain was going sideways.

I don't like super-hot and humid weather, so the last part of February was really wonderful for me, weather-wise. But I think the whole East Coast is experiencing colder than usual weather for the last several weeks -- so be prepared to have potentially cooler weather than I had last year. It's always a good idea to pack at least a few clothes for cooler temps - it's such a pain (not to mention expensive!) to have to buy stuff after you arrive. I always pack a warm jacket, long pants, a hoody, and even gloves - you never know this time of year!

Right now it is freezing here. Last night it got down to 30 and tonight it is suppose to go to 40.

Best advice is pack so you can dress in layers. If the predictions are for 60s and 70s, you should be okay. But as PP mentioned, it's going to be freezing tonight. This time of year it's best to plan for wide variations in temperature from day today and within the day. A high of 75 means that you're going to start and end the day in the 60s. If you plan to be out all day, dress so you're prepared for the highs and the lows.
