I am leaving in 10 days and it seems it doesn't get cold there yet? It seems like the low even at night is in the high 70s and 80s. I am picturing it being cold being by the ocean but it doesn't seem to be cooler there according to the weather. I am trying to start packing but not sure what to pack! Thank you for any input!

Ten days is too far out to plan accordingly...our forecasts change all the time. Wait until a few days before your trip to decide what to pack. Temps can range in the 80s and 90s during the day then fall into the lower 70s and upper 60s at night...just to give you an idea. We are far enough from the ocean that about the only thing we get are the afternoon storms caused by the sea breezes...but those days are ending.

Thank you ! I'm just a planner:) I guess I will pack everything but clothes until a few days before.

I'm planning on packing layers. Jeans and t-shirts mostly you can always throw a jacket on if you get cold. I am packing a few capris but don't plan on wearing them much.

This time of year is still quite warm.It isn't jeans and tshirts /light jacket till late November/December and even then there is a chance that it still may be warm.Orlando isnt near the ocean either.

Ha ha ok I thought it was near the ocean :) thank you that helps a lot!

Orlando is smack dab in the middle of both coasts.

Hence a good chance of rain at times. The forcast calls for warm temps. with a slight chance of rain for the next 10 days, but something is brewing in the tropics that can change it all.Welcome to Florida.

Chances are that you will just need shorts and t-shirts and a poncho. Check the weather before going. I live in SC and we're still in shorts and t-shirts, though we've started having some cooler mornings. In Nov, we found layers are our friend. But this time of year, chances are that it will be warm. If you get cold easily, throw in a lightweight jacket. (And again, of course check the weather forcast, sometimes weather does silly things).

Yeah...they said on the news last night there was only a 30% chance it would develop into something worth watching. Let's hope nothing develops.

Am flying to Orlando from UK on Fri and have just checked 10 day forecast which said thunderstorms 90% of the time!! :( :fingers crossed

For foxxxy83, we were there the first week of June and were hit by a tropic storm. We had a great trip, there were no lines. Yes we got wet, really wet the first day. But we bought ponchos as we were leaving so the second day we were dry under the ponchos. We still had a great time storm and all.

Thank you! I will buy some ponchos... I didn't think of that! Not sure where to find them here is AZ where it never rains! Maybe a camping store. :) and I'll bring light jackets just in case.

You can find ponchos anywhere...Target or Walmart for cheap.
