Weather

We just got in yesterday (Tues.) and the weather was beautiful for our 10 days days!! It was mostly sunny and ranged from high 70's to 84 degrees!!! The week ahead when we left looked like more of the same with some days a chance of showers.

I would advise you keep a look on the weather.com or Orlando Sentinel to keep posted b/c the weather can easily change at this time of year.

Keep an eye on the Weather Channel, or one of the local Orlando TV stations.

They're your best bets.

Just remember, here in Central FL, weather can change minute-by-minute.

This morning (early) it was overcast, damp and chilly; around 10:00 AM, it began raining, but still chilly; now, 2:35 PM, its sunny and humid, upper 70's.

Go figure.........

At that time of year we always pack for spring, summer, winter and fall. We have been on the same trip and seen all types of weather. It works well if you pack for layers. Also, I always bring hat, scarf, long underwear and mittens. Sounds stupid, right? I have gotten caught too many times freezing there, so now I am prepared. Have a great time!

What is the weather like just now? We leave in three weeks time.
Right now, it's dark out...but that will probably change in the morning.

November/December weather in Central Florida could be 45 or 85, rainy or clear and beautiful. Unlike Miami, Orlando does get frontal weather with some rainy days as the front moves through and clear, cooler weather behind the front. Generally, though, the weather will be better than wherever you came from.

Our weather last week was gorgeous. . .80 and sunny with one day a little cloud covered. It was a little chilly in the evenings...needed a jacket or sweater.

However, we were there the middle of Dec. two years ago and it was 40! We froze even though we are from the North.

Like everyone said - pack for all seasons on this trip! Have tons of fun!
