How's your weather this week? The Hudson Valley feels like a nice Autumn day today.

Watching Tropical Storm (and probably eventually hurricane) Francine in the Gulf of Mexico. May bring us some rain/storms later in the week.

Little bit of rain today. Have had very little rain all Sept. Everybody lawn is toast and I think when trees turn leaves will fall quickly.
I hope leaf falling is over fast ruin my golf game.

I’m sitting just north of Atlanta enjoying (not really) another rainy day, waiting for some level of hurricane remnants to arrive. Of course, I’m also watching my Blink cameras and my neighbors photos and video on facebook awaiting to see how much damage we have to our house on Cape San Blas. I have to keep reminding myself (a) the house handled Michael with relatively little damage given where that one landed and (b) it’s my second home, a luxury but not my primary home and there are many friends who live in the area who are there year round who had to make the decision to evacuate or ride it out. I pray for their safety

Do you know I'm not sure? I think it mostly depends on how far North or East you are. Warmer currents tend to come from the South West, whilst colder air comes from the North.

Live Cams don't show everything, but all the ones in the Big Bend are working this morning except for Steinhatchee. FDOT reports that 98 is clear from Panama City to Port St. Joe and they are continuing to the east. Friends in Crawfordville say there is some storm damage, but that they have power and Waffle House is open.

Just so nobody lets their guard down. That blob around the Yucatan is my next worry to watch.
